Joseph Fennell - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Joseph has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing. He has excellent negotiation skills which he has successfully used when dealing with major companies. Joseph is a Sales and Marketing Director for a Tier 1 US backed company. He was responsible for increasing the turnover in business by a substantial ammount, as well as the expansion of its overseas sites. Joseph has vast experience in marketing and sales and has secured contracts with major retail and manufacturing companies over the years. His long term objective is to deliver a quality product to the customer at an affordable price. Joseph’s marketing and pricing strategy will ensure customers will get more for less.


Alan Kitchin - Non-Executive Director

Alan brings an immense plethora of knowledge and expertise to his role as Non-Executive Director. He studied law initially at the British Institute in Florence and then at Cambridge University (Gonville and Caius College), where he won the Senior Squire Scholarship in Law. On graduating, he was awarded the Tapp Postgraduate Scholarship in Law, and he has lectured at Standford University with the American Law Institute on International Trade. Alan became a Christian while at Cambrdige University, and now both supports and volunteers with the charity Christian Aid.

Alan first qualified as a foreign lawyer in Japan in 1991, and was also the Chairman of the Law Asia Committee on Energy. Alan started working in New York with the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, however later moved back to London to join Ashurst as a partner. This saw Alan in this post for twenty four years, before becoming the Managing Partner of its Asia practice. He is currently a Managing Partner of Simpson Kitchin LLP, and is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.


Sarah Wright - Managing Director - Stakeholder Engagement

Sarah has a BSc Hons degree in Geography from Liverpool John Moores University. She also has Master’s degree in Leadership and Management Development which she obtained from Edge Hill University.

Sarah is a strong and experienced sales professional. She is a Key Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the oil and energy industry. She has extensive experience dealing with commercial and industrial sectors, and a proven record in project management. Sarah is confident engaging with stakeholders and endeavours to ensure she managers their expectations. Sarah has secured major contracts with high profile stakeholders and her skills reach as far as analytical thinking and problem solving. Sarah is a very experienced speaker and has given presentations and chaired meetings at the highest board level.


Muhammed Hanif Mahud - Contracts Director (Overseas)

Muhammed is an experienced project manager with a Master’s degree in science. He has a proven record as an experienced senior contracts executive. He has vast knowledge and experience of the South Asia utilities market. He is responsible for stakeholder engagement with our overseas partners, and project management. Muhammed is involved with marketing, company branding and advertising.


Carl Wright - Project and Research Director

Carl is a strong management professional with a BSc Hons degree in Geography from Edge Hill University. He also has a NVQ Level 5 from the institute of Leadership and Management. Carl is an experienced analyst and manager with a demonstrated history of data management within the petroleum and utilities industry. He excels in roles involving leadership and developing high performing teams of analysts to deliver exceptional customer service in order to achieve company goals and objectives.

Carl is a systematic and organised professional who is highly skilled in analytical thinking, problem solving and people management. Carl brings a wealth of experience to the company including organisation skills, planning and coaching and excellent communication skills. Carl is responsible for managing staff and project management including stakeholder engagement.
