Thornbury Ltd started off with the utility industry where our founding partner was one of the earliest energy companies after regulation of the industry. Thornbury with its partner network is now heavily involved in the water utility sector promoting water supply as well treatment. Thornbury are now proud to supply Atmospheric Water Generators, devices that extract water from humid ambient air, producing potable water. Water vapor in the air can be extracted either by condensation - cooling the air below its dew point, exposing the air to desiccants, using membranes that only pass water vapor, collecting fog, or pressurizing the air.
